At some point in between the release of El Alacrán and the beginning stages of this album, I had an epiphany. My style began to change as did my musical interest. It fluctuated during the course of the album, coming to a halt when the songs were recorded. ┘ᴱ▼ᴲ└ represents the journey I took that spanned my evolution from El Alacrán area to now. This influx of creativity that I've experienced in the past year has been more productive and mature than I have ever had, whether it be from the Space era to the evolution between the Space albums and Psynonym and its evolution to El Alacrán. It's the most confident I've ever felt about a record, and I can't wait to start on my next project that was born near the end of ┘ᴱ▼ᴲ└. Though a large portion of the better songs were quite short, you will find many more exploring this genre on Nazaria, my next album. Until then, I hope you enjoy a record of all the steps I took following the release of ┘ᴱ▼ᴲ└ and all the steps I'm about to take come the production of Nazaria.
